Working principle

The crawler shot blasting machine is a high-strength wear-resistant rubber crawler or manganese steel crawler to load workpieces. It uses the high-speed rotating impeller to throw the projectile on the workpiece in the chamber to achieve the purpose of cleaning. It is suitable for sand cleaning, rust removal, scale removal and surface strengthening of small castings, forgings, stamping parts, gears, springs and other parts, especially for the cleaning and strengthening of parts that are not afraid of collision. The crawler type shot blasting machine uses the cavity formed by the rubber crawler as the workpiece carrier. When working, the crawler belt rotates to drive the workpiece in the cavity to roll, so the inner and outer surfaces of the parts can be cleaned well. This model is divided into manual and automatic loading and unloading methods, and is most suitable for shot blasting cleaning of large quantities of small parts. Due to the use of rubber tracks, the impact and scratches between the workpiece and the track are reduced, and the footprint is small and the operation is extremely convenient, so it is used by many manufacturers.
